At Kelly’s Canine Beautician, every appointment time is reserved specifically for your dog. To ensure appointments remain available for all clients and to allow sufficient time for each dog to receive the care they deserve, the following booking policy applies.

All appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed directly by Kelly’s Canine Beautician.
Please arrive at your agreed appointment time wherever possible.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Significant delays may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled if it impacts other bookings.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
This allows the appointment to be offered to another client and helps keep the diary running smoothly.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booked service value.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the booked service value.
Repeated missed appointments may require future bookings to be secured with a deposit.
The safety and wellbeing of your dog will always come first.
If your dog becomes excessively stressed, aggressive, unwell, or unable to safely complete the grooming process, Kelly’s Canine Beautician reserves the right to stop or modify the groom where necessary.
In these circumstances, charges may still apply for time already spent grooming.
Additional charges may apply where excessive matting, difficult coat conditions, or additional grooming time is required.
Where possible, this will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Please inform Kelly’s Canine Beautician of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, behavioural concerns, or recent veterinary treatment before your appointment.
This helps ensure the safest and most appropriate care for your dog.
If fleas or other parasites are discovered during a grooming appointment, additional cleaning and sanitation procedures may be required.
An additional charge may apply.
All prices displayed are guide prices and may vary depending on:

• Coat condition
• Temperament and behaviour
• Grooming requirements
• Time required to complete the groom
