My story

Hello, I’m Charlie 👋

I’m an experienced dog groomer with over 9 years of experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities.

Throughout my career, I’ve always believed that grooming should be about more than just appearance. It’s about building trust, creating positive experiences, and helping every dog feel happy and comfortable throughout their appointment.

I particularly enjoy working with nervous dogs and rescue dogs, taking the time to help them build confidence and trust at their own pace.

My favourite breeds to groom are Bichons and Schnauzers, and I love bringing out their character and charm through careful, professional grooming.

When I’m not grooming, you’ll usually find me spending time with my German Shepherd × Newfoundland, Wilfy, who loves the water but isn’t quite so keen on bath time himself!

Do you offer teeth cleaning?

Yes, teeth cleaning is available at £30 per hour session.

Do you offer add-ons?

Yes, spa add-ons include facial cleanse and mud de-shedding mask treatments, ideal for helping nourish the coat and remove loose undercoat.

What should I tell you before my dog’s appointment?

Please let Charlie know about any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, behavioural concerns, matting, or previous grooming experiences so your dog can be cared for safely and appropriately.
